1. Service Description

Dai Ω Agent is an AI software-as-a-service (SaaS) product provided by Maoyan Enterprise Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is delivered entirely online and includes, without limitation: multi-model AI conversation, deep research, content and image generation, and task automation. All payments are securely processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record.

2. Account & Subscription

• You must register an account and ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans include monthly/annual subscriptions and credit packs.
• Subscription fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase. You will be notified in advance of any auto-renewal, and you may cancel at any time.
• Credits purchased via credit packs are subject to validity periods as described on the purchase page.

3. Pricing & Currency

Customers in mainland China are billed and displayed in CNY (¥). International customers are billed and displayed in USD ($) at the live exchange rate (approximately 7.2). The final amount is determined by the payment processor based on the transaction region and the live exchange rate. For refund rules, see the Refund Policy.

4. User Conduct

• You must not use the Service for any unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of any third party.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or circumvent the security or operation of the Service.
• You must not use Service outputs for fraud, infringement, or any illegal purpose.

5. Refund Policy

For subscription plans, if the Service cannot be used normally within 14 days of purchase and the issue is confirmed to be a platform-side technical problem, you may request a full refund. Credit packs, once purchased and activated, are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. See the full Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, branding, and interface design of the Service are protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the Service may be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date noted. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
